The Successful Applicant

<li>Engineering degree required (Mechanical / Chemical / Materials / Metallurgy / Instrumentation &amp; Control) + MBA preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven experience leading large field teams and delivering P&amp;L outcomes.</li>
</ul>

<li>Strong strategic, analytical, and customer‑centric leadership skills.</li>
