Responsibilities

<li> Understanding the Scrum values and Principles</li>

<li> Guide team and stake holders on Scrum practices</li>

<li> Should be capable of prioritizing Stories based on Resource availability and Timelines for a period of next 3 weeks or 3 months</li>
</ul>

Additional Responsibilities:

<li> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration within and outside development team</li>

<li> Ability to remove impediments and understand the servant leadership </li>

Technical and Professional Requirements:
