Governance &amp; Metrics

<li>Establish KPIs across adoption, conversion, NPS, uptime, and release quality</li>

<li>Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and accessibility standards</li>

<li>Maintain clear product documentation, solution sign-offs, and stakeholder communication</li>

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications

<li>Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)</li>
</ul>

Professional Experience

<li>15+ years of digital product management experience, with at least 5 years leading large-scale web &amp; mobile platforms in travel ecosystem</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven expertise in consumer-facing (B2C &amp; B2B) digital businesses (airlines, OTAs, e-commerce, fintech, or mobility)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile delivery, and modern tech ecosystems (APIs, microservices, cloud)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience driving measurable impact on revenue, customer experience, and adoption</li>
</ul>
