Guest Feedback &amp; Reputation Management

Qualifications &amp; Skills Education &amp; Experience

<li>Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred.</li>

<li>Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Relations in a reputed hotel (brand hotel experience preferred).</li>
