<li style="margin-left:0px;">To undertake legal structuring of transactions, relationships and advise business operations on legal and compliance issues pertaining to the Insurance Industry.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">To conduct the compliance audit of various functions from the perspective of Statutory laws including IRDAI Regulations. </li>
</ul>
Job Profile:
