<li>Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.</li>
</ul>

Account Management

<ul>
<li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement and post-sales support.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Track and manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.</li>
</ul>

Market &amp; Product Expertise

<ul>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory standards.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance solution offerings.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.</li>
</ul>

Coordination &amp; Collaboration

<li>Work closely with internal teams including engineering, project management, and finance.</li>
</ul>

<li>Support project execution by aligning customer expectations with delivery timelines.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or related field</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales of airport systems, preferably AGL and A-VGGS.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with ICAO, FAA, and DGCA standards related to airfield lighting and guidance systems.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong technical acumen and ability to understand system integration requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Skills:

<li>Experience working with airport authorities and aviation consultants.</li>

<li>Knowledge of tendering processes and government procurement norms.</li>
