Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Conducting research aligned to the roadmaps to de-risk/ mature and insert advanced AI concepts to Honeywell products (latest advancements in generative AI / Causal / Knowledge Graphs, machine learning, and deep learning techniques )</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Researching, designing, implementing, scalable AI based solutions to solve high value &amp; challenging customer problems and drive opportunities for new growth </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Leads prototyping (what–ifs) supporting pilot programs for R&amp;D purposes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Responsible for problem analysis, stakeholder interaction, solution design, front end and back-end integration, maintenance, and support of data science and analytics solutions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop guidelines and standards for analytics and machine learning models, their deployment, and associated processes</li>
</ul>

Qualifications

You Must Have:

<ul>
<li>Bachelors / Master’s degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related field</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in data science related product development</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong analytics skills: ability to assess data, drive insights, and make recommendations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong experience in manipulating data sets and building statistical models.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Chemical engineers with APC/APM experience shall be added advantage</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience supporting fast-paced startup engineering teams</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>In-depth understanding of the latest trends and developments in AI and ML, especially in generative models and LLM (both Cloud and OnPrem)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in programming languages &amp; libraries </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Cloud: AWS, Azure.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Languages: Advanced Python, pySpark</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Framework: Lambda , Django, Express.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Database: Postgres, Mongo, ES</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Hands on experience in Design and development including Automated Unit testing (pyTest) with strong technical background to create performant &amp; extendible applications</li>
