Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Manual Indexing, Invoice processing, basis the input received from supplier</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance, planning and execution of assigned processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices handled as per the guidelines</li>
</ul>

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Relevant work experience on Accounts payable transactional activities</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong English language skills (verbal and written)</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

<ul>
<li>Experience in Accounts Payable tasks &amp; delivery, Reconciliations</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Good typing speed, to handle and manage communications with External and internal stakeholders</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to handle and work independently on AP Transactional process’s</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Good understanding of MS office-MS Excel experience is must to have.</li>
</ul>
