Key Responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to drive nominations, learner participation, and program adoption. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design and refine learning content, including slides, facilitator guides, and microlearning modules. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage LMS/LxP operations: assignments, completions, troubleshooting, and reporting. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Generate dashboards, analyze learner feedback, and track program effectiveness and impact. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution of initiatives. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Curate relevant learning resources aligned to key skill areas, career stages, and roles. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">6 years plus experience in Learning &amp; Development, preferably within fast-paced tech, SaaS, or product companies. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong facilitation, instructional design, and program development skills. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Highly capable of independently managing multiple projects with ownership, adaptability, and attention to detail. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficient with LMS platforms, learning operations, and content coordination. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Skilled in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like Canva, Articulate, or basic video editing software is a plus. </li>
