Duties and responsibilities

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Presents design concepts and takes detailed notes to address customer requests.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manages the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and installation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provides follow-up support with customers.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with customers. </li>

Qualifications 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Minimum 3 - 7 years of experience in the field of High End Residential and/or Hospitality Design</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Effective verbal and written communication skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and self- starter</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work effectively under pressure</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of tools such as AutoCad, 3D Max, Sketchup, Lumion Twinmotion, PowerPoint shall be preferred.</li>
