Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for 500+ employees, including attendance validation, salary inputs, deductions, and payouts</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Hands-on experience in payroll processing using Sensys payroll software (preferred) or similar HRMS/payroll systems</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain and update employee master data, including new joiners, exits, salary revisions, and other changes</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with the Finance team and share finalized payroll registers and reports</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handle Full &amp; Final (F&amp;F) settlements accurately and within timelines</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and Form 16</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage annual investment declarations and support tax computation processes</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist new joiners with salary portal / HRMS access and payroll-related onboarding</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure strict compliance with statutory requirements and payroll regulations</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate gratuity documentation and liaise with insurance partners as required</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage medical insurance enrollments, additions, deletions, and provide employee support </li>
</ul>
Desired Candidate Profile:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Batchelors in Commerce, HR, Finance, or a related discipline</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">3-5 years Proven experience in handling payroll for 500+ employees</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Working knowledge of Sensys payroll software is highly preferred</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of statutory compliances and payroll processes</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/attendance systems</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">High attention to detail with strong communication and coordination skill </li>
