Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Basic understanding and working knowledge of IRS Forms W-8 and W-9 and their associated requirements; Forms 1098, 1099 series, and 1042-S; Forms 945 and 1042</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Basic understanding of U.S. tax information reporting rules applicable to U.S. Persons and non-U.S. Persons</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Contributes to the planning, accounting, filing and the reporting of tax liability of the company.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">May participate in managing payments to tax authorities in compliance with specific tax regulations.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Advises on procedures and concepts in technical/subject area and integrates with others in accomplishing the goals of the sub function/ job family.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication skills to drive engagement and close interactions with key stakeholders.  Provide basic advisory services primarily for internal clients</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to examine processes and procedures, experience with Process Re-engineering.  Re-design and Process Automation experience is preferred</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">1 to 3 years of relevant tax experience</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">CRS and FATCA due diligence or withholding or IRS reporting experience is mandatory for client tax reporting.</li>

Education:
