What You’ll Do:

<li>Monitoring work of reporting managers for service delivery, ensuring ownership of delivery.</li>

<li>Raising necessary audit risks and service failures, work on mitigation plan (control, preventive actions)</li>

<li>Resolving escalations received from the clients</li>

<li>Handling recruitment process</li>
</ul>

<li>Budget and staffing planning</li>

<li>Using Lean / Six Sigma Methodologies to ensure Data-Driven Operations</li>

What You'll Need:

<ul>
<li>MS Excel at advanced level</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication at all levels, including with peers, managers, and internal/external customer</li>
</ul>

<li>Proven management experience (5+years)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Expertise in PTP/OTC finance areas</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Yardi or Tramps or Horizon ERP systems would be an advantage.</li>
