Job Functions

<ul>
<li>Work with Engineering Leads to resolve technical issues and address CAD system concerns</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Update project forecasts or draft forecast regularly</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Regularly coordinate and collaborate with team and office Section Manager</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage project budgets by working with account lead, perform resource allocation and scheduling for the design team</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>·Receive instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features, and workable solutions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Own quality of activities performed and show improvisation on it, as required</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate and promote consistency across both T&amp;D Mumbai and Bengaluru offices</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Demonstrate the ability to work without constant supervision, direction and guide designers as needed</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Identify efficiency improvement areas amongst the team and make necessary changes/recommendations for continuous improvement</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conduct team building activities</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Training team members on project process and draft procedures</li>
</ul>

<li>Identify training needs and support training programs in collaboration with BMcD and BMI</li>

<li>Catalogue and explain lessons learnt and improve efficiency</li>

<li>Communicate between team and coordination with all designers, Leads, Section Manager and DM/ADM.</li>

Qualifications

Eligibility Criteria

<ul>
<li>ITI or Engineering Diploma</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Preferred minimum 10 yrs of Electrical experience</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Employee Owner with minimum 2 years of work experience in BMI</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Working experience on Physical and P&amp;C drawings, T&amp;D substation experience preferred</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>A chargeability rate of approximately 80%</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent Knowledge of AutoCAD &amp; MicroStation</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Preferred experience in 3D design (Revit, Inventor) and support for MTO preparation</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Preferred experience doing CAD quality checks</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficient in preparing technical drawings, including detailed plans, elevations, and designs, based on sketches for both Primary and Secondary design phases</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to clearly convey issues and resolutions to client counterpart in verbal and written communication</li>
