Key Responsibilities

Account Support &amp; Client Development

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist in developing and executing account plans for key conglomerates.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop strong working relationships with mid- and senior-level client stakeholders and position BDO as a trusted partner across Business Advisory, Deal Advisory, Tax, Managed Services, Digital services and other practices of the Firm</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proactively follow up on proposals and discussions to maintain momentum in the sales cycle</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Organize and coordinate client engagement activities such as workshops, roundtables, and knowledge sessions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Anticipate client needs and proactively collaborate with service line teams to design and present tailored solutions.</li>
</ul>

Market &amp; Business Development Support

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct in-depth research on conglomerates such as group structures, financial performance, governance, and sectoral trends</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify potential opportunities across Advisory, Tax, Audit, and Risk services.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support bid preparation, RFP responses, and creation of impactful pitch materials.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Participate in external networking events, conferences, and industry forums.</li>
</ul>

Internal Collaboration

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Partner with service line team to prepare client materials and thought leadership content.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide insights and updates on industry developments relevant to target conglomerates.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications &amp; Experience

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Education: MBA/CA or equivalent professional qualification.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience: 7+ years of business development or client relationship management experience in professional services, consulting, advisory or banks with focus on conglomerates</li>
</ul>
