<li>Preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation and filings (Form 3CEB, Form 3CEAA)</li>
</ul>

<li>Assistance in filing Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) in coordination with consultants</li>
</ul>

<li>Preparation and filing of Form 15CA/15CB for overseas payments</li>
</ul>

<li>Support in handling income tax assessments, notices, and litigation matters</li>
</ul>

<li>Filing of monthly ESI returns</li>

<li>Preparation and filing of monthly and annual Profession Tax (PT) returns for Telangana &amp; Karnataka</li>

<li>Handling Provident Fund (PF) compliance activities</li>

Indirect Taxation – India Entity:

<ul>
<li>Preparation and filing of GST returns (Regular &amp; ISD)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Raising and managing e-invoices</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Tracking Input tax credits and reconciliation through IMS</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Preparation of GST refund workings</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Preparation of GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C workings</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support in handling GST assessments, audits, and litigations</li>
</ul>

Accounting &amp; Reporting – India Entity:

<ul>
<li>Support in month close activities</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support in day-to-day accounting activities</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Preparation of cash flow statements and variance analysis</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support in completion of audits including Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Fixed Assets Verification, and Group/Consolidation Audit</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Reporting the compliance calendar to leadership</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Handling ROC Compliances</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Leverage ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) to streamline and automate financial processes</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate with bankers, auditors, tax consultants, bankers, legal advisors, and government authorities as required</li>
</ul>

Qualifications &amp; Experience:

<ul>
<li>Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong academic credentials</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>3–4 years of progressive experience in end-to-end taxation and supporting finance &amp; accounting functions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, tax laws, and financial reporting requirements</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, FloQast, or Blackline</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple stakeholders</li>
</ul>
