Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead end-to-end project execution for ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and platform upgrades.</li>

<li>Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.</li>
</ul>

<li>Create and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate with developers, architects, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Serve as the main point of contact between IT, business teams, and third-party ServiceNow partners or vendors.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage Agile or hybrid project delivery, using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow Agile.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Drive regular status meetings, provide executive updates, and ensure documentation and reporting are current.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitor project KPIs, including scope, timeline, budget, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure alignment with platform governance, architecture standards, and CSDM or CMDB frameworks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide consultancy and guidance to other ServiceNow engagements within the allocated customer.</li>
</ul>

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>15+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow project management roles.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflows, CMDB, integration, and module configurations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with ITIL and CSDM frameworks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience delivering projects in an Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodology.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Certifications:

<li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)</li>
