Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning &amp; Analysis

<li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for business units.</li>

<li>Analyse financial performance, variance analysis, and identify actionable insights.</li>

<li>Provide financial models, dashboards, and profitability analyses to support business decisions. </li>

2. Cost Management &amp; Optimisation

<ul>
<li>Conduct periodic cost reviews across operational functions.</li>
</ul>

<li>Identify cost leakages and implement initiatives for cost efficiency and margin improvement.</li>
</ul>

<li>Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Delivery, etc.) to track and optimise key cost drivers.</li>
</ul>

3. Business Performance Monitoring

<ul>
<li>Develop and monitor KPIs related to delivery operations, cost per order, productivity, utilisation, and compliance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare monthly/quarterly business review presentations for leadership.</li>
</ul>

4. Operational Finance Support

<ul>
<li>Work closely with operations leadership to understand ground-level processes and financial impact.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Evaluate operational initiatives, new launches, and projects from a financial standpoint.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support contract negotiations, pricing, and vendor cost structures. </li>
</ul>
5. Reporting &amp; Compliance

<ul>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate MIS, financial reports, and dashboards.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Drive process improvements and enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure financial governance, internal controls, and audit readiness.</li>
</ul>

Must-Have 

<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&amp;A, or Operational Finance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Master’s in business (Finance/Strategy) or CA preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of delivery/logistics/operations business models.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven experience in cost analysis, cost optimisation, and financial modelling.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, dashboards, and analytical tools.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work with large data sets and derive meaningful insights.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</li>
