Roles and Responsibilities:

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Interaction with the client from the concept to the finalization of Design.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create mood boards to sample your design vision.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Sketching interior design plans. Sourcing products and materials in coordination with the procurement department.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Inspecting construction to ensure design specifications are met.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handle end to end design process and release the shop drawings for the Production.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Client Servicing Soft spoken and confident to deal with clients.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Working in collaborative teams &amp; directly with stakeholders to implement designs.</li>
</ul>

Desired Candidate Profile

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong verbal and written English communication skills and presentation skills.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in AutoCAD is must. Knowledge of SketchUp will be added advantage. </li>
