Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Upon assignment from engineering management, independently lead cross functional teams (Marketing, GSC, Manufacturing, Quality, etc.) in stage gate projects and provide technical expertise to bring assigned projects to completion on time and to budget. </li>

Job Knowledge, Skills and qualifications: 
 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">15+ years experience in the development of HVAC actuators, valves (ball, globe, gate, etc..) and accessories required. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Technical leadership and curiosity, attention to detail and the ability to drive complex projects accurately and quickly into manufacturing through completion preferred. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experienced in various technologies in product design, including but not limited to sandcasting, die casting, forging and metal machining, design of rubber seals, plastic injection molding, prototyping and project management preferred. Experience in gear design, electronic packaging, small motor and motor drivers, metal stamping, GD&amp;T and agency standards a plus. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively think out of the box preferred. Self-motivated and able to fulfill mechanical engineering duties with minimal supervision preferred. </li>
