Key Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handle offer rollout, salary negotiation, and onboarding follow-ups </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Achieve hiring targets within defined TAT </li>
</ul>
Required Skills:

Experience hiring for BFSI IT roles such as: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Core Banking </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Digital Banking </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Risk &amp; Compliance </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">FinTech </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Data Analytics </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Cybersecurity </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong sourcing experience using Naukri.com and LinkedIn </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Good understanding of IT technologies and BFSI domain </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to work in a target-driven environment </li>
