Responsibilities:

<li>Formulate segments &amp; target pipelines suited to each of the categories and campaigns.</li>

<li>Running campaigns on Paytm properties and other digital paid media.</li>
</ul>

<li>Measurement of campaign performance and maintaining performance data.</li>
</ul>

<li>Coordinating with various stakeholders for creatives, campaign segments, data analytics, etc.</li>

Requirements:

<li>Seeking an individual with 1+ years of hands-on experience in Growth Operation.</li>
</ul>

<li>Good understanding of Marketing Automation tools like Clever tap etc.</li>
</ul>

<li>Strong Hand Holding of CT campaign, Segmentation &amp; Dashboards</li>
</ul>
