Budgeting &amp; Forecasting

<li>Track budget vs. actual performance and report deviations.</li>
</ul>

Taxation &amp; Regulatory

<li>Coordinate with external consultants for GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support tax assessments, audits, transfer pricing, and tax planning.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, RBI, FEMA, GST, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.</li>
</ul>

Internal Controls &amp; Audit

<ul>
<li>Implement and monitor internal controls aligned with the Group's ICOFR framework.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Liaise with internal/statutory auditors and close audit requirements.</li>
</ul>

<li>Ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.</li>

Treasury &amp; Cash Flow Management

<li>Manage daily cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury operations.</li>
</ul>

<li>Support fundraising activities including commercial paper issuance, investor relations, and listing compliance.</li>

<li>Prepare ALCO presentations, ALM, and liquidity MIS.</li>
</ul>

Financial Analysis &amp; Business Support

The Successful Applicant
