· Plan and recruit dealer sales staff based on territory needs

· Ensure adequate manpower deployment and productivity optimization

· Collaborate with HR and channel partners for onboarding and retention

Training &amp; Capability Building

· Design and deliver training modules on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer engagement

· Conduct regular skill assessments and refresher workshops

· Promote soft skill development for frontline teams

Performance Monitoring &amp; Motivation

· Track sales KPIs and team performance metrics

· Provide actionable feedback and coaching to underperformers

· Implement incentive programs and recognition frameworks to boost morale

Compliance &amp; Feedback

· Ensure adherence to company norms, policies, and regulatory guidelines

· Collect and analyze feedback from dealers and field teams to drive operational improvements

· Support audit readiness and documentation hygiene across touchpoints
