Role &amp; Responsibilities

<li>Ensuring processing and smooth releasing of the Offer requests via Oracle Recruiting cloud.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proper coordination and communication with TA team, Onboarding team for the joining for the candidate.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Analyzing and interpreting the MIS reports.`</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Creating monthly and quarterly dashboards based on level and businesses requirement</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Supporting and working with the team to identify the challenges ,prepare a mitigation plan and providing improvement ideas for the betterment of the process.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensuring zero errors in the offers being rolled out to candidate.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Accuracy in the MIS report being generated and dashboards being created.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Getting feedback from recruiters and working on the improvement areas on timely basis</li>
</ul>
