Responsibilities

<li>Acquire new HNI customers for retail loan products and banking services. </li>

<li>Drive revenue through cross-selling of third-party products (TPP) such as insurance, mutual funds, etc. </li>

<li>Build and grow CASA book size by onboarding quality customers. </li>
</ul>

<li>Maintain and nurture relationships with existing HNI clients to ensure long-term engagement. </li>
</ul>

<li>Coordinate effectively with internal teams including credit, legal, operations, and product teams.</li>
</ul>

<li>Ensure compliance with KYC norms and proper documentation for all customer acquisitions.</li>
</ul>

<li>Provide end-to-end support to customers and channel partners, ensuring timely updates and resolution. </li>
