<li>Consulting the clients to Define an Agile adoption/transformation strategy at various levels- enterprise, portfolio, program and team Coach teams and help them improve their Agile maturity Design and deliver appropriate Agile training interventions</li>
</ul>

<li>Influence client stakeholders and help them understand the benefits of Agile adoption on a need basis Coach teams in adopting engineering practices</li>
</ul>

<li>Develop and deliver customized, role-based Agile coaching/ training intervention.</li>
</ul>

<li>Guide teams on leveraging AI-enabled Agile tools and automation for improved delivery efficiency and data-driven decision making</li>
