Your background

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor’s/master’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems, or a related field. </li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">10+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing &amp; planning, preferably in Grid Automation, Substation Automation, Protection &amp; Control, or Power Systems. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of project management, lean operations, supply chain logistics, and manufacturing. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience working with utilities, EPC contractors, industrial customers, and regulatory authorities. </li>
