<li>Providing technical services and guiding all elements of the planning and design phase of the project.</li>

<li>Support the Owner’s project timelines and construction progress to ensure a seamless hotel handover.</li>

<li>Providing stewardship for the implementation of brand standards and any recommendations for meeting brand standards.</li>

<li>Reporting to Owners, Stakeholders, and the Senior Director on findings, key dates, solving project risks that will affect the hotel's success and opening, and conditional and final approvals.</li>

<li>Assisting in the solving of design problems as they arise in collaboration with Owners, Architects, Consultants, and Hilton Stakeholders.</li>

</ul>

<li>Plan meetings, agendas, site visits, and program deliverables optimally engaging/disengaging all parties promptly, allowing for accurate preparation and planning for the attendees.</li>

<li>Plan meetings and travel in consideration of other Stakeholders and attendees' travel times and travel expense agreements for several trips.</li>
</ul>

Design Management &amp; Development Assistance

<ul>
<li>Provide Design Direction, Review and Approval of architectural planning, interior design, FF&amp;E, art &amp; accessories, landscape design, graphics and wayfinding designs to ensure they meet the Brand Design Narrative, Brand standards and Brand equity, under the direction of the Senior Director / Director</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support Project Assessment, including Project Improvement Plan (PIP) inspections/reports to the Development team before application to facilitate project approval, under the direction of the Senior Director/ Director</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Contribute to country-specific addenda to global Brand standards for all Hilton brands</li>
</ul>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in architecture or experience in place of.</li>

<li>Minimum of 3+ years of experience in architecture design, hospitality design roles, and project management.</li>

<ul>
