<li>Regularly review and analyse the delinquent loan portfolio to identify high-risk cases and prioritize recovery efforts effectively.</li>
</ul>

<li>Ensure that all recovery actions are documented accurately and that all processes adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.</li>

<li>Maintain updated records of all recovery-related activities.</li>

Who are we looking for?

<li>Bachelors degree in law (BA LLB Or LLB) along with the relevant experience of 1-2 years.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in laws related to loan recovery, collections, or legal recovery within the financial services or banking sector.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of recovery strategies, debt collection laws, and legal proceedings related to loan recovery.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations diplomatically.</li>

<li>Proficient in legal documentation, loan origination systems, and MS Office Suite</li>
