Your role and responsibilities

<li>In this role, you will have the opportunity to Handle Sales, marketing and prescription activities related to products, within the defined industry segment for PAN India. </li>

<li>Each day, you will ensure that the division and related sales units substantially improve their sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction in the select market segment. </li>

<li>You will also showcase your expertise by developing and implementing a market-based strategy including direct, third party, and project sales and enhancing cross-division and cross-region business-led collaborations for the specific market segment.</li>
</ul>

You will be mainly accountable for:

<ul>
<li>LPS Design &amp; Engineering: Design and develop Lightning Protection Systems (LPS) for buildings, infrastructure, industrial, and renewable energy projects in compliance with IEC 62305 and NFC 17-102 standards.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Risk Assessment &amp; BOM Preparation: Perform lightning risk assessments using tools/CAD and prepare accurate Bills of Materials aligned with project designs and protection levels.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, project, and civil/electrical teams to integrate LPS into overall system designs and customer solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Technical Documentation &amp; Support: Prepare detailed technical drawings, reports, and documentation, and provide technical guidance and problem-solving assistance to installation teams and system integrators.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Customer Focus &amp; Reporting: Understand customer needs to identify new business opportunities and provide regular performance and insight reports to management.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications for the role:

<ul>
<li>Education &amp; Experience: Diploma or BE in Electrical &amp; Electronics with 5+ years of experience in lightning protection and earthing system design.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Standards Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of lightning protection standards IEC/IS 62305 and NFC 17-102, including their practical application in designs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Design &amp; BOM Skills: Demonstrated capability in lightning protection and earthing system design, along with accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Risk Assessment: Practical experience with lightning risk assessment methodologies for various types of projects.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Design Tools Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD or similar design tools for preparing layouts, drawings, and technical documentation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of solar and renewable energy projects, and their specific lightning and earthing requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Earthing Systems Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of different earthing systems applicable to industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and renewable installations.</li>
