You will be mainly accountable for:

 Qualifications for the role

<ul>
<li>A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent area of studies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>At least 10 years of experience in an industrial environment covering roles in engineering, R&amp;D and technical sales with a preference for experience in more than one area.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Solid knowledge of power electronics, variable frequency drives and related drive sub-systems (e.g., traction motor, traction transformer, traction batteries, TCMS) are necessary with experience in the railway and/or e-Mobility sectors being a strong advantage.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong written and spoken communication skills in English. Possess a high level of self-motivation with a proactive working style, ability to manage urgent requests or time critical tasks or challenges with resourcefulness and ability to work independently.</li>
</ul>
