Your role and responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

<ul>
<li>Maintaining the right inventory levels, optimizing them according to the company’s targets while ensuring high customer service level. Prepare &amp; Review Sale and Operational plan.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Supporting and maintaining inventory management processes for finished/semi-finished goods and/or raw materials in line with company guidelines.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Capacity Planning in line with Mid &amp; long term demand for all Supply Pools. Release of Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly/Daily Schedules. Make &amp; Release of Purchase Orders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Performing standard and ad hoc detailed analyses of planning and fulfillment metrics, including Days Inventory on Hand (DIH), on-time delivery, lead time, forecast accuracy, and resource utilization.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Identifying key root causes for non-performance and drives improvement initiatives across businesses. Coordinating various Vendor Audits &amp; update Records.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications for the role

<ul>
<li>7 to 10 years of experience in direct procurement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Full time engineering in Electrical or Mechanical background.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manages relationships with stakeholders in their own area of responsibility and ensures alignment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Implements and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of SAP-Ariba, SAP-MM/PP Report review, Find the Gap &amp; prepare Mitigation Plan</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Review of Supplier/Customer On Time Delivery. Review inventories against Targets. </li>
