You will be mainly accountable for:

<li>Manage international and domestic logistics operations including Air, Ocean, Domestic shipments, ensuring compliance and timely execution.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate with transporters, and internal teams for cargo pickup, documentation, pick up, and delivery.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Oversee shipment tracking, milestone updates, POD management, and in-transit issue resolution across internal platforms.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Expertise in domestic freight rate negotiations, contracts, Carrier invoice verification, approvals, claims, and performance reviews to optimize cost and service.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate logistics data, support audits, prepare reports (DSR/MSR/WSR), and drive continuous improvements aligned with business needs.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications for the role

<ul>
<li>You are immersed in Logistics operations in switchgear/electrical industry</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>You have 14 to 18 years of experience in managing end to end domestic logistics and ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and local customs requirements</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>You have experience in Negotiates freight and transportation rates. Coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and other logistics service providers</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in shipment tracking, milestone updates, POD management, and in-transit issue resolution across internal platforms</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in international import and export operations will be an added advantage</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Possess an basic knowledge of SAP - HANA, IncoTerms  (International Commercial Terms) and MS Office Package</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's in B.Com or Masters in M.Com / MBA (should be full-time)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>You are at ease communicating in English </li>
