Your role and responsibilities

<li>In this role, as a Sales Specialist (Panel Builder), you will enhance the sales performance of ELSB Products in Faridabad (NCR), India, specifying and implementing effective Panel Builder channel initiatives in line with global strategy.</li>
</ul>

You will be mainly accountable for:

<ul>
<li>Solely responsible for all panel builder activities, generating leads, and maintaining effective customer relationships with a target-oriented mindset.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Possesses extensive knowledge of low voltage products and marketing network experience to enhance business growth.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Build and maintain effective customer relationships to understand needs, align solutions, and communicate value propositions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Identifies and develops new market opportunities, prepares sales plans and offers, ensuring technical and financial accuracy in proposals while supporting cash collection.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications for the role:

<li>8–15 years of Sales experience as an individual contributor with LV Switchgear in the NCR market.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of the industrial segment and SFDC operations for sales tracking and reporting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in direct sales, account management, and cross-selling to facilitate business growth.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Practical experience with Low Voltage Equipment and Electrical Distribution solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficient communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented, motivated mindset.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Skilled written and verbal communication for effective customer and internal stakeholder engagement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics; full-time, regular employment.</li>
