Zensar Technologies is hiring a Delivery Manager - Insurance QI to oversee delivery operations, quality improvement, and client engagements within the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex technology solutions for insurance clients.
• Ensure adherence to agreed project timelines, budgets, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Lead quality improvement (QI) initiatives across software delivery streams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key insurance client stakeholders.
• Forecast project resource requirements and optimize talent allocation across teams.
• Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and issues, driving proactive resolution.
• Track project health using Agile metrics, KPIs, and executive status dashboards.
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to maintain delivery excellence.
• Supervise governance meetings, steering committees, and periodic operational reviews.
• Drive continuous process automation and operational maturity across delivery pods.
