Key Responsibilities

• Guide students and parents through the end-to-end education loan application process.
• Coordinate with partner banks and financial institutions to ensure timely loan sanction and disbursal.
• Review, verify, and organize applicant financial and academic documentation.
• Address applicant queries regarding loan eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.
• Track loan application status across multiple stages and resolve processing bottlenecks.
• Maintain comprehensive records and pipeline reports within internal management systems.
• Act as the primary liaison between students, branch banking teams, and credit managers.
• Assist in preparing credit proposals and submitting required partner bank documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to lending compliance guidelines and documentation standards.
• Deliver high-quality counseling and support to ensure a seamless student experience.
