We are seeking a proactive Data Analyst to join our Trust & Safety team to identify abuse patterns, analyze behavioral signals, and help maintain high platform security and reputation for good senders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root-cause investigations on unexpected traffic spikes, anomalies, and policy abuse incidents.
• Analyze behavioral signals to differentiate legitimate users from malicious actors.
• Deeply monitor email abuse trends, phishing vectors, and emerging deliverability risks.
• Define, implement, and track core performance metrics such as time-to-detect, false-positive rate, and enforcement latency.
• Design, build, and maintain real-time and historical dashboards for policy violations and behavioral trends.
• Evaluate detection signal effectiveness by computing precision, recall, coverage, and overlap statistics.
• Collaborate closely with data engineering teams to shape reliable data pipelines and ensure data correctness.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to automate abusive account detection workflows.
• Translate investigative findings into concrete platform rule sets and machine learning feature recommendations.
• Document operational findings, threat intelligence, and analytics methodologies for cross-functional teams.
• Generate regular reports on enforcement efficacy, risk profiles, and safety operations.
