Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely, accurate solutions.
• Communicate effectively with customers in English, Hindi, and relevant regional languages.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Follow standard operating procedures and call handling protocols during all customer engagements.
• Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to senior support teams or department leads.
• Work across rotational shifts and manage schedule adherence effectively.
• Achieve daily call volume targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved.
• Identify common customer pain points and provide feedback to improve voice support workflows.
