• The individual will partner with product owners, business leaders, architects, engineering teams, and external partners to drive initiatives across policy administration, product configuration, billing, and enterprise integrations
• Own day-to-day Techno functional Business Analyst Duck Creek workflows with a focus on throughput, control, and process clarity.
• Track operational execution closely and intervene early when bottlenecks or exceptions emerge.
• Coordinate across teams to keep dependencies moving and stakeholders informed.
• Review reports, data, or reconciliations to identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
• Standardize repeatable processes and improve documentation so work is easier to execute reliably.
