Responsibilities

• Assist in the structuring and execution of debt financing and equity raising initiatives.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and valuation frameworks for solar projects.
• Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), information memorandums, and investor pitch decks.
• Coordinate with commercial banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to secure project debt.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with institutional investors, lenders, and key financial stakeholders.
• Analyze project unit economics, returns (IRR, NPV), and sensitivity scenarios for RESCO models.
• Review and interpret historical financial statements and prepare operational forecasting reports.
• Support due diligence processes by gathering, reviewing, and organizing financial and legal documentation.
• Track industry benchmarks, power purchase agreements (PPA) rates, and renewable energy financing trends.
• Prepare regular financial updates and presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
