SKYSUN is looking for a result-driven Marketing Manager with global B2C e-commerce exposure to drive marketing campaign execution and lead lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across global markets.
• Translate strategic marketing briefs into actionable execution timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate closely across internal design, content, performance marketing, and agency partners.
• Manage project delivery schedules, identify potential risks, and remove execution bottlenecks.
• Oversee the lead lifecycle from initial acquisition to sales conversion.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, ensure accurate lead routing, and eliminate conversion leakage.
• Uphold brand consistency and verify high quality across all marketing assets and collaterals.
• Track campaign performance metrics and provide actionable execution insights to leadership.
• Build scalable operational processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate directly with the Head of Marketing to align execution with core business objectives.
