We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should possess strong practical exposure to Direct Taxation, GST, Audits, Litigation, SAP, and Regulatory Compliances, with the ability to independently manage assignments while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant to join our team in Noida
• The ideal candidate should possess strong practical exposure to Direct Taxation, GST, Audits, Litigation, SAP, and Regulatory Compliances, with the ability to independently manage assignments while collaborating effectively with stakeholders
• Key Responsibilities Taxation (Direct & Indirect Taxes) Manage Income Tax compliances, including return preparation and filing.Handle GST compliances, return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.Assist in tax planning, advisory assignments, and compliance reviews.Ensure timely compliance with TDS and other statutory requirements
• Own core deliverables associated with the Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant - Taxation & Audit role and execute them with strong accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to move work from planning through completion.
• Translate goals into clear actions, priorities, and day-to-day execution plans.
• Track progress closely and surface blockers before they affect outcomes.
• Apply sound judgment to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation, updates, or reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements based on observed friction.
• Balance multiple priorities while keeping commitments visible and manageable.
• Support problem-solving across routine work and higher-priority escalations as needed.
