Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) team to ensure continuous monitoring and defense of enterprise systems.
• Manage end-to-end cybersecurity incident response protocols, from detection and containment through remediation and post-incident review.
• Oversee vulnerability assessment and patch management programs across critical IT and operational technology environments.
• Optimize security information and event management (SIEM) tools to enhance real-time threat detection and alerting capabilities.
• Develop, maintain, and test comprehensive cyber incident response and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure and engineering teams to integrate security best practices into core architecture.
• Coordinate with threat intelligence teams to proactively identify emerging cyber risks and mitigate potential attack vectors.
• Establish operational metrics, SLAs, and regular reporting dashboards for executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, industry frameworks, and corporate security policies.
• Conduct regular cyber drill exercises and security awareness briefings to strengthen operational readiness.
• Supervise third-party security vendors, managed service providers, and technology partners.
