Radicalmove Consulting is hiring a Sales Manager on behalf of leading Life Insurance companies to drive revenue generation across Agency and Direct Sales distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute channel sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual insurance revenue targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of tied agents, advisors, or direct sales executives.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and retail customers for life insurance products.
• Conduct regular joint fieldwork and customer meetings with team members to close prospective deals.
• Analyze customer financial needs and recommend appropriate life insurance and investment solutions.
• Drive customer retention, policy persistence, and timely renewals across the assigned book of business.
• Organize product awareness sessions, lead activation drives, and promotional campaigns in the territory.
• Track daily sales activities, pipeline updates, and sales conversions using internal CRM tools.
• Ensure complete compliance with IRDAI regulations, documentation standards, and underwriting requirements.
• Liaise with operations and underwriting departments to ensure seamless policy issuance and grievance resolution.
