Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based data pipelines, analytics tools, and business intelligence applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional advisory teams and client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Apply advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and data manipulation techniques using Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn.
• Build automated ETL/ELT workflows to extract, clean, transform, and load large datasets from diverse structured and unstructured sources.
• Integrate analytics solutions with business intelligence platforms and dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
• Optimize and refactor existing Python codebases for improved performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Implement data validation rules, unit tests, and automated testing frameworks to ensure high data quality and accuracy.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical documentation to enforce engineering best practices.
• Work closely with cloud engineers and data architects to deploy models and analytical workflows onto cloud platforms.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend data-driven automation strategies to enhance client business performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and analytics team members.
