Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple Cooperative Housing Society redevelopment projects across various lifecycle stages.
• Review and interpret architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and technical design packages.
• Assist in preparing project feasibility reports, project schedules, and development briefs.
• Manage tendering procedures, developer evaluations, and contractor selection processes.
• Coordinate legal and development agreement documentations alongside relevant stakeholders.
• Track and facilitate statutory municipal approvals and environmental clearances.
• Monitor site progress, quality standards, and adherence to construction milestones.
• Facilitate effective communication between housing society members, developers, and consultants.
• Prepare comprehensive progress updates, documentation, and stakeholder review presentations.
• Resolve project coordination issues and support the Principal Architect in operational delivery.
