Responsibilities

• Anticipate future sourcing requirements by analyzing commercial sales pipeline and forecasting data.
• Identify upcoming business deals that can be optimized through early strategic sourcing engagement.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives across regional projects through proactive spend analysis and vendor planning.
• Define, measure, and track regional OKRs with a primary focus on cost optimization and ESG targets.
• Act as the regional Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) focal point for project sourcing teams.
• Monitor vendor and sourcing performance metrics and present actionable insights in executive management reports.
• Identify regional skill gaps and collaborate with Sourcing Excellence teams to implement upskilling initiatives.
• Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and standard operating procedures across cross-functional groups.
• Establish governance frameworks to monitor project milestones, compliance, and delivery timelines.
• Analyze historical procurement data to detect trends, inefficiencies, and supplier risks.
• Coordinate with international account teams to align procurement strategies with customer requirements.
