Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from diverse sources to identify key trends, patterns, and operational insights.
• Design, build, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and interactive dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and track operational metrics, KPIs, and executive performance scorecards.
• Identify manual, repetitive reporting tasks and create automated end-to-end workflows using Python and SQL.
• Create dynamic, user-friendly Tableau dashboards delivering real-time visibility into business performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting outputs through routine data quality checks.
• Write optimized, complex SQL queries and data transformation scripts for reporting readiness.
• Troubleshoot pipeline anomalies, system discrepancies, and data inconsistencies promptly.
• Document data definitions, metric calculations, and automated pipeline architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical reporting specifications.
• Leverage PySpark or SAS as needed to process and analyze large-scale datasets efficiently.
