- Manage requirement change requests and continuously prioritize deliverables in dynamic project environments.
- Work with Japanese bilingual stakeholders to bridge communication gaps and align project objectives.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution to validate business solution alignment.
- Identify potential operational bottlenecks and propose functional and process improvements.
- Maintain traceability matrices linking functional specifications to final delivered technical features.
